I've decided

I'm going to join Weight Watchers

I've been working out 2-4 times a week
I've been eating better.
I just feel like there's another step i can take
So Wednesday @ 6:45.

I'm pretty excited!

So far i've been cutting down my calorie intake
I've been watching my portion control

But i just think this is a good next step

my SIL lost over 100lbs by just doing WW. Not working out at all. just WW. i hate her.

WW is a great thing. I did it before my wedding and lost almost 30 pounds...I felt great. I should really go back. But go for it you wont be disappointed...not matter if you have 10lbs to lose or 100lbs it works.

I love WW. I do their online site when I need to get back on track and love it!
